The Christmas movie season is upon us, and it happened way faster than we thought. I bring this up because, the last couple of weeks; five to be precise, I've been going to movie afternoon at the local bar.
Now, I just wanted to say that we've tried to go with a theme every week. For example, two weeks in a row, we did Halloween themed movies, then it was comedy, and so on. In the process of doing that, we also had the theme of Stanley Kubrick.
As I say that, I wanted to say that the next theme is holiday movies. Some of the ideas that I had were Santa Claus: The Movie, The Polar Express, Dr. Suess' How the Grinch Stole Christmas (animated and the Jim Carrey Version), and the Classics from the 1960s and 1970s, Santa Claus is Comin' to Town, Frosty the Snowman, Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, and The Little Drummer Boy.
Yes, that is quite a few, but if we do two a week, that should cover December 1st, 8th, 15th and 22nd. Hope all will be liked.
